Designs and Permits have a say in the layout of your basement. We don't proceed until you approve the designs. All our projects have the required permits and inspections.
Framing and Rough-ins, framing as per the approved plans to bring your basement to life. Framing is followed by electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. Each trade has a respective inspection.
Drywall and painting follow; this is where it will start to feel real. Walk into your new hallways, rooms, and storage areas.
As we approach the end, the millwork and flooring will be the last major items. Beautiful details and workmanship will be on full display.
Trade finals, inspections, and a clean will be the end of your new space! All that is left if your enjoyment.
