This quaint home situated in the heart of the Silver Springs community had a 400 sq. ft. garage that our Calgary garage builders started working on at the end of January. Our team used our ground thaw unit which allowed us to excavate in the cold weather. Our ground thaw unit was on site for a week helping to unfreeze the ground. Our garage builder team then prepped the area by taping over the hoses. This helped keep the heat in and aided in insulting the area. Our Calgary renovation team then excavated and prepped the area for the mono pour. This process took two days.

We were lucky enough to receive some warm weather right before January. This meant it was warm enough to do the mono pour. The whole Alliance Renovation team was involved with the pour making this Silver Springs home the first pour of 2023!

We then collaborated with our lumber supplier to get the package to the site about a week later. One of our professional Calgary framers helped bring the skeleton of the garage to life. We then worked with Consolidated Gypsum for the roofing materials, Roof Mart for the James Hardie Board, and Kaycan for the aluminum. The new garage was slowly taking shape! Our in-house certified roofers and Hardie installers did this garage within a week of it being framed. The garage was finished with a standard electrical package, eaves and downspouts and an upgraded 16x7 door with windows. This stunning new garage was completed on time and marks the first completed job for 2023 for the Alliance Team!
