Highly recommend. We bought our house late summer and were worried about the entire process to get a garage done before winter while also moving. Malachy and his guys did a great job. Workers were all friendly and polite. Malachy makes things run smoothly and I always felt informed of timelines and what was happening. Now we have a beautiful well built garage that looks like it was made at the same time as our house it matches so well.

Malachy and his team did a good job with our basement! Very pleased with the result. Malachy responded very quickly in all of our concerns. He is very patient and kind. Credits also to the female painter she is really good and to the one who did our bathroom, such a pro. We recommend!
I had a 20x22’ garage built by Alliance in late summer as well as concrete work done, specifically a sidewalk replacement in the front and an extended patio area in the back. I also had an area of artificial grass installed between the garage and my concrete patio. Overall I am very pleased with the work Alliance did. The garage is high quality and built exactly as promised, the artificial grass is beautiful and looks like healthy real grass and the new concrete work is great. Unfortunately for me I chose to pour my front sidewalk without a step or two and the slope is a bit too steep to be safe in winter. It was my decision but oh how I wish someone had talked me out of this. So this coming spring 1/2 the sidewalk will be removed and redone with steps to remove the slope. I am confident that the end result will be just as high quality. The artificial grass was installed very late fall and may need some final touches this spring when it is warmer to keep it in place and make it perfect.
The Alliance staff that we usually saw on site were all hard working but friendly whenever we had contact with them. The General Manager whose name I could never quite get right (Malachy) was always so easy to talk to and never talked down to me despite my many silly questions throughout the building process. He has great patience despite being run off his feet and it was always a pleasure to talk with him. Another hard working employee we frequently saw was the multi-talented Tom who always had a minute to say hi to my big fluffy cat Milo and scratch his ears whenever he was out on the porch. From what I could see, I don’t think there is anything Tom can’t do. Overall, Alliance has very talented employees who are excellent at what they do. It was fun watching them work. My neighbours were often watching as well with their 4 year old who found it all so fascinating. The Alliance crew were friendly with them as well.
Before I hired Alliance to do my garage, I was considering signing with a different builder but had some concerns The price they quoted was on the low end but one too many red flags led me to seek other quotes. Alliance was one of the quotes I received and it was middle of the road as far as cost went. The first meeting on site with Colin was what swayed me to choose Alliance even though I had lower quotes. He is friendly but professional and asked questions to understand my need. The initial proposal was revised a few times at my request and the back and forth while doing that was effortless,,, for me at least and if it was not for Colin he always was patient and kind which I appreciated. Once the contract was signed, I was given access to the BuilderTrend App where all communication occurs, documents posted, invoices and payments recorded, project schedule posted. It’s an efficient way to see everything in one spot and made a huge difference when trying to locate previous emails or invoices.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company, while being a painting contractor for them/on their team for almost 2 years, they treat every person, company and client with the upmost respect.

Alliance really did a good job, and we are very happy with their work. We compared a few builders in the very beginning and Alliance price was quite competitive. Their team members are professional and the communication is always smooth and on time. We never had any problem with them. They always try their best to meet our needs.

The first bit of our experience was good however it went down hill a bit. Alliance dug our electrical trench too soon and it collapsed (almost taking our deck stairs with it). Then they dug it again on the same day the builder was back filling the yards. They then said they wouldn’t dig it again until we paid. I said I would wait to hear from the builder, they dug it again anyway. Then they tried to bill us for the two extra times (neither was our fault). They took off one charge but we still paid double after not hearing from our builder for a few weeks. About a month ago after the project was complete and paid in full - I submitted a warranty ticket for the garage door sensor not working. NO WORD BACK, NO COMMUNICATION.
Highly recommend! I got a 30x30 garage completed, pad prepped and all. The concrete had a great smooth finish! They worked quickly to get it all framed sealed and insulated for winter use. The company is friendly and the general manager accommodated any requests or needs from our end making the overall process painless.
Alliance completed a double detached garage, concrete patio and side walk for us earlier this summer. From the beginning, Don, Tim, Malachy, Colin and the rest of the crew did a great job for us. They were very responsive, attentive and fair. Overall a high a quality product with great service and a fair price. We'd certainly use them again. Thanks guys, we appreciate your great work!
Alliance built our garage, we had a sloped yard so it was more involved that a regular slab on grade. They designed it and did a fantastic job on all aspects including sticking to the schedule and finishing on time. We also had then do a large sidewalk down the side of our house, which once again turned out amazing. The pricing on these projects was extremely competitive 8f not lower than the many quotes we had. Highly recommend this company!
Highly recommend. Of all the companies that i contacted, Alliance was the only one that was able to construct a garage during the winter. They have done a beautiful job, on time and made the process painless. Colin, Ryan, Tim and the crew were amazing. They are super responsive and most of the time they would reply back to you within minutes. The Buildertrend app they use is also great. Don't hesitate to go ahead with them!
One of my friends recommended Alliance for basement development. They did all planning, provided professionally done plans and did all necessary demolition prior to starting renovations. The project was running online, we could see the schedule and updates of the schedule. If something was changing Ryan was contacting us right away and in general communication was fast and clear. Price was fair, we could see clear costs breakdown and total amount we payed was as agreed. We highly recommend Alliance for basement renovations.
